| Jonathan and Lanie both had well visits today with Dr. Hensley. Jonathan is 7 years old, 54 lbs, and 48 inches tall. Lanie is now 4 years old, 34 lbs, and 39 inches tall. They are both doing GREAT!!!! |

| Lanie received her new book and was thrilled... but she still had to wait for her 4 ouchy shots... Jonathan only had to get 1, and they were both very brave xoxo |

| One year ago today, I hung this magazine cut out onto the craft cupboard next to my porch door, had my last cigarette, and never looked back! After a year, I am a successful quitter and my sign can move into the memory box =) |
